Our Philosophy

Most privacy policies are written by lawyers to cover the maximum possible data collection. This one is written by the people who build the apps, and our goal is to collect as little data as possible.

We make money by selling apps, not by selling your information. Your data is not our business model.

What We Collect

Habit Garden

Your habit data stays on your device. We use iCloud to sync between your devices, but we cannot access this data—it's encrypted end-to-end by Apple. We never see your habits, mood entries, or garden state.

Uptown

We collect anonymized transit usage data to improve our arrival predictions:

• Which routes you view (but not where you're going)
• Predicted vs. actual arrival times (to improve the model)
• General time of day and day of week (for better predictions)

This data is anonymized and aggregated. We cannot connect it to you personally. Your location data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Mono

Your note stays on your device and syncs via iCloud (end-to-end encrypted). We never see what you write. Ever. There's no server-side processing, no AI scanning your notes, nothing. It's your note.

Website & Email

If you sign up for launch notifications, we collect your email address. We use it to send you exactly one email when the app launches, and you can unsubscribe immediately after. We don't share this with anyone.

Our website uses basic analytics to see which pages people visit. We use a privacy-focused analytics provider that doesn't use cookies or track you across websites.

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data to anyone, ever
• We don't share your data with advertisers
• We don't use tracking pixels or retargeting
• We don't have "partners" who want your data
• We don't train AI models on your personal information
• We don't retain data longer than necessary

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access any data we have about you (spoiler: it's minimal)
• Delete your data at any time
• Opt out of analytics
• Export your data (it's already on your device!)

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Most data never leaves your device. The data we do collect is anonymized and stored securely.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify users via email or in-app notification.
